Gaining weight is easy. Losing weight is near impossible. To lose a substantial amount of weight, you must be committed to a consistent routine. You must persuade your body to dig into your fat reserves for energy by doing copious amounts of exercise. Weight loss and muscle building is twenty percent exercise and eighty percent nutrition. Working a sweat in the gym is pointless if you go home to fast food and a fizzy drink. You must eat vegetables and protein rich meat, and not too much if it, to effectively loose weight. The exercise must be intensive and plentiful. But don’t overdo it or you may not have the will to do it again the next day. Drinking fruit smoothies full of spinach and cabbage isn’t the way to go. Eat naturally, as if you were in the wild. Only eat things that your body is designed to eat. Humans evolved from monkeys and they eat plants all day!
